01

A company built through shared commitment

We founded Omaarav Hospitality in Virginia in 2019, bringing friends, family, and several founding partners and members together around a shared commitment to hospitality.

Our team brings more than 15 years of hospitality and business experience, including work before the company was established. That experience keeps us close to the people, properties, and daily decisions that make the business work.

02

Long-term relationships. Everyday responsibility.

Family and friendship are part of our foundation. They shape how we think about a working relationship: respect the people involved, be clear about responsibilities, and follow through on the work.

We aim to build profitable, dependable operations through informed decisions and sustained attention. We value people who look beyond the first conversation and share our commitment to guest care, capable teams, and responsible growth.

03

Operating discipline, close to the property

Lasting value depends on understanding the work. Our approach brings the main operating responsibilities into the same conversation.

Know the property

Begin with the location, guest needs, current operation, team, and physical condition. Understand what the property requires before deciding on a direction.

Connect revenue and readiness

Consider demand, available rooms, pricing, distribution costs, and service capacity together. The room offered to a guest needs the people and preparation behind it.

Care for the foundations

Keep staffing, purchasing, maintenance, and room condition visible in operating decisions. Support the teams responsible for delivering the stay.

Turn information into action

Use reporting and feedback to understand what changed, identify the next step, and make responsibility clear.

04

Virginia roots. A broader portfolio.

Our portfolio includes 9 hotels across Virginia and Missouri: 7 in Virginia and 2 in Missouri. Our locations serve communities in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Virginia Beach, and St. Louis.

Each property brings its own identity, local setting, and reasons people travel. Explore our hotel directory for the actual locations, property details, and official websites, and our management pages for the principles behind the work.

05

Room for a thoughtful next chapter

We approach a new opportunity by considering its goals, operating requirements, and fit with our experience and available resources. Growth brings responsibilities to guests, staff, and the business; we want our decisions to reflect all three.

Tipsy Turtle Restaurant & Bar is coming soon, extending our hospitality ambitions into another setting. We look forward to sharing confirmed plans as this next chapter takes shape.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few helpful
details.

What scale of property or project can we discuss?

We consider hospitality properties and projects valued from US$2 million upward, with no fixed upper value limit. The figure describes the value of the property or project. We assess each opportunity for fit, operating requirements, and the resources it needs.

How does the NOI target guide the conversation?

A net operating income margin of 35% or higher is our operating goal. It focuses the discussion on demand, costs, and the work required to run the property. We consider that goal in the context of the particular hotel, its market, and its operating needs.

Where is the current portfolio?

Our portfolio comprises 9 hotels across Virginia and Missouri: 7 in Virginia and 2 in Missouri. Our Hotels provides the complete directory, locations, and official property links.

What do you value in a potential relationship?

Clear communication, realistic expectations, and shared responsibility. Our company grew through friendship and family, and we value the long-term commitment that comes from people understanding their roles and following through.

What makes a useful first introduction?
